Northern Pines Mental Health Center is proud to offer competitive wages and an exceptional benefits package! We are seeking a Mental Health Professional or Clinical Trainee to join our Outpatient Team. Travel to other outpatient offices in Central Minnesota to serve clients may be required.

Essential Functions include: Facilitate and co-facilitate individual, group, family, and crisis therapies Competencies and ability to provide empirically-supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral issues Provide intakes, diagnostic evaluations, and updates to evaluations Develop and implement a treatment plan Complete a Behavior Intervention/Crisis Plan Complete third party billing requirements such as obtaining prior authorizations and communicating with the billing office as necessary Collaborate regularly with both staff and community partners including: schools, social services, court services, medical agencies, mental health providers, managed care organizations and the community at large Participate in the referral process Maintain necessary written records in accordance with NPMHC policies and procedures and other applicable regulations Provide crisis intervention services as requested Qualifications include: Master's Degree in the Behavioral Sciences field (ie Clinical Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Social Work) A valid license in behavioral health without restrictions ( eg LICSW, LPCC, LP, LMFT, NP) in the State of MN. Clinical Supervision is available; License-seeking trainees encouraged to apply! Experience with adults and children struggling with mental illness Competencies and ability to provide empirically supported psychotherapy to address a wide range of clinical and behavioral needs Excellent written (computer based) and verbal skills Valid Driver's License Benefits include: Health, Dental, Disability and Life insurance with other additional voluntary options for spousal life, short term disability, accident, hospital indemnity and critical illness plans Health Savings account with employer contribution 401K with employer match Generous paid time off (Earn 19 days/year your 1st - 3rd years.
