We are hiring a full time Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to work with our team at the CentraCare- Sartell Clinic.
Schedule
At CentraCare - Sartell our providers diagnose and treat short-term illness. They provide preventive care, including routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunization and screening tests, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. For patients with chronic illness, our providers also manage and often coordinate care provided by other subspecialists.
