• Call: 1 : 5-6
  
• 30 minutes response time for call
  
• Join 5 full time CRNAs
  
• Support with 4 Physician Assistants and 15 Registered Nurses
  
• ED Volume of 12,000 visits/year
  
• Latest technology in all modalities
  
• Hospital employed, $210K base plus annual retain bonus
  
• Relocation up to $5K
  
• 280 PTO hours annually
  
• 403b and 457 Retirement plans
  
• CME = $5,500 each calendar year
